I bought the Sesame Beginnings-ABC Deluxe Walker and the rubber on the wheels has wasted away to nothing! How do I get new wheels?

Please contact our customer service department at either (800) 453-7673 or customerservice@kolcraft.com. Have the model # handy - you can find it on the date of manufacture sticker, usually located on the base or under the tray.
Do you sell replacement balls for your Exer-saucer?

Unfortunately, this is a model we phased out a few years ago. Take a look at our current Tiny Steps walker - while it doesn't have the Mini Maestro toy anymore, it does have the 2-in-1 Walker/Walk-behind feature.
Have "Sesame Beginnings":--one of end "stands" for Big Bird
and Cookie Monster has broken off at base. Is this stem/stand (top end resembles a spoon) available? (Specifically the yellow one for Big Bird ) If so, plz. advise how and how much. Thanks. Pete Thomsen @ pthomsen1@cox.net.

do you guys have the boy version of the baby sit & step 2 in 1 activity ceneter?
i really like that one but i have a son..is there one just like that one but for a boy?

You can access instructions for this product on Kolcraft.com.Visit the Customer Service section of our website and click on instructions. Find your model # in the drop down menu and then open the instruction booklet. The model # can be found on a Date of Manufacture sticker located on the base of the walker (or sometimes under the main tray).
