The Jeep 2-in-1 Baby Carrier has 2" wide straps on the back straps and 0.75" wide straps on the front.

The Jeep 2-in-1 Baby Carrier can only be used on your front and not on your back. However, the carrier does allow the baby to face you or face forward when they are out exploring the world with you! Thanks for your question!
