Are there replacement parts?

My son took the shield off the front of the potty and threw it into the garbage. At least I'm pretty sure that's what happened since the piece is nowhere to be found. Is there any way to order just the shield to replace the missing one?

Question

Problem

Hello I recently received the Elmo potty for my son as a gift from his grand mother. The potty is excellent, and the Spanish is an awesome feature. However from looking at all the pictures I've seen for the unit. I noticed I was missing the yellow insert for boys to stop the room from getting wet. My question is, Is there a way I can be mailed this piece. It would really help ALOT!!!
