It may not be billed as a jogger, but if you are not doing much heavy jogging/running, it's perfectly suitable. I use it for a little bit of everything; nature trails, the beach, sidewalks, trips to the store, jogging, walking, you name it! If you think that you want something designed more specifically for running, you may want to try a different stroller, but if you plan on more of a multi-purpose usage, this stroller is the ticket! This thing takes sidewalks like it's gliding on ice :)

answer 3
I wondered the same thing after I purchased this stroller for jogging, and got home and read the instructions to find out it was not intended for jogging. For one thing, I think because of the all terrain design of the wheels, they are a bit too bulky and maybe have too much traction for jogging. I can tell you that this stroller does not move as smoothly as you would want a jogging stroller to move. I think jogging strollers have wheels that are slightly bigger and look more like bicycle wheels and move more effortlessly as you jog. This stroller is great for maneuvering different types of terrain, but I do not recommend it as a jogging stroller.

answer 4
A stroller that will be used specifically for jogging will usually include a fixed front wheel for better handling when jogging, a safety tether, and reflectors for safety.
Both the Jeep® Overland Limited Jogging Stroller and the Jeep® Overland Sport Jogging Stroller include these features.
