The batteries are located underneath the arch toy. With a small screwdriver, you can remove the battery compartment lid and replace the batteries (3 AAA). If you need a visual, you can find the instructions on our website through the customer service section of the site.

Locate the model # on the Date of Manufacture sticker. It's usually a black & white label on the base or under the tray. You can find the instructions on our website (here is the link):

To change the batteries, remove the toy from the tray. The battery compartment is on the underside of the toy. The toy can be removed by unscrewing it from the tray from underneath. It's basically two steps. The front leg is released from the base and folds under the tray. The tray then folds downward which brings the rear legs forward. You can see the fold in the instructions, which can be accessed on the product page for this item on Kolcraft.com.

Remove the seat pad with the unhooking the front tabs under the tray. Then unsnap the back of the seat pad from the handle. Once the seat pad is removed, rotate the handle forward until it locks into place. I recommend you download the instructions from our site so you have access to all of the instructions and warnings. You can access product instructions from the Customer Service Tab on the Kolcraft.com home page. Locate the model # of your product on the date of manufacture sticker which will be located either on the base of the product or under the tray. It looks like you own the KW015-CIM. Thank you for your interest in the Kolcraft Tiny Steps 2-in-1 Walker. The height of the walker can be adjusted via the seat pad. First, flip the unit upside down to access the restraint strap. Next, push the button in on the strap. The height of the seat can be raised by tightening the restraint belt.
