Yes, the Contours Optima tandem stroller can accommodate two infant car seats! The Contours Optima comes with one infant car seat adapter, and you can purchase an additional one by contacting our Customer Service team at 800-453-7673, 8 am-6:45 pm Monday – Thursday, or 8 am-3:30 pm Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
