What age and height is the Wonderbug Activity Center made for?
The baby is 5 months old (25") and the seat is in the longest position. The baby's arms do not reach above the seat and she cannot play with the toys. However she can stand on the tip-toes. Do you recommend we exchange this model for another made for smaller children?

I folded up a baby blanket and put it on the bottom of the seat to prop up my five month old girl. I also place a folded up blanket behind her back.
You can also put a pillow under her feet to support them, but I find our girl does ok either way.

If your child meets the requirement of being able to hold their head up and sit up unassisted per the instructions, you can raise the seat high enough so the child can reach the toys, even if their feet no longer touch the base. For young children yet to grow into the product, this is a way for them to enjoy the product. If this isn't to your satisfaction, you can exchange this model for another that accommodates smaller children. I apologize for any inconvenience.
