Our Sealy crib mattress pad line all feature a stretch SnugFit skirt that wraps around the crib mattress edges. We have found customers very happy with this product line as they are sized to fit Sealy and Kolcraft produced crib mattresses perfectly. They are also preshrunk already so the size will remain consistent after washing and drying. Since this is a premium crib mattress that you have purchased I recommend purchasing more deluxe crib sheets from a name brand that are already preshrunk. Look for knit sheets instead of woven sheets since the knits will stretch a little more to fit your mattress. We too have found some brands are not top quality as they are not necessarily preshrunk, which makes them difficult to put on after washing/drying.

This mattress will fit your crib as long as you have a recent USA standard size crib. The item also has square corner design so it will fill out the edges of the crib.

There are waterproof options like the Sealy Stain Protection and Sealy SnugFit, which both have stretch fabric full skirts that wrap 2 inches underneath the mattress edges to help keep it secure. It fits the square corner design very well.

All of our crib mattresses pass all CPSIA tests plus additional state and federal tests. We use a high density foam core that provides a firm, even sleeping surface for children. Because it is a premium high density foam and not an airy bonded polyester foam, it is more equivalent to a higher coil count when durability tested.
