Do you sell replacement parts?
My 3 year old has managed to break off both the black plastic strips for their feet. Do you sell replacement parts for these? I love the stroller and would hate to have to get rid of it so I hope you do.

I called today to ask about the same plastic strips, my almost 2 yr olds pulled both of them off. I was told it would be $30.95 for the 2 strips. Didn't think it was worth it since I only pd $90 for the stroller when it was new. There's a reason it's the cheapest twin stroller out there! I still wish it would have lasted longer than it did! I'm going to put the $30 toward a new, better stroller!

Question
My shade is put together wrong
I was assembling the stroller and the shades both bend the same way. Am I just looking at this wrong or is it a manufacturer error?

I just went through the same thing, and I was afraid to bend them b/c I thought they'd snap in half. But per Kolcraft, you hook the 1 side on, then bend the second canopy (in half, the "wrong" way) until it pops, and it will be going the correct way after that.

Review
We were impressed with how smoothly it rode on the street and sidewalk. Some of the feature we found great were the Cool-climate roll-up exposes mesh for increased air circulation & creates a head rest. The All-terrain wheels. The best feature I thought was the Independent reclining seats & sun-rider canopies. This way one kiddo can sleep when they other does not. :) Genius! My hubby's favorite was the Removable parent cup holder for drinks.
